Dr. Arlene P. Beckles
President and CEO of InfoSense Group, LLC, Arlene is originally from Barbados and currently resides in Norcross, GA. Arlene is an IT/InfoSec/Cybersecurity Project Manager, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Arlene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from The City University of New York (CUNY), a Master’s degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, in addition to being PMP certified. Arlene recently accepted the position as a founding member of the Transformative Emotional Intelligence Foundation (TEIF), in support of the Darwin B. Nelson Ph.D., and Gary R. Low, Ph.D., the founders of the Emotional Intelligence Training Research Institute in Corpus Christi, Texas. Arlene’s doctoral work The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Style, And Leader Effectiveness: A Quantitative Correlation Study was published in May 2018.
Tina M. Honey
Tina is a seasoned Program/Project Management expert with over 20 years of experience leading multi-million dollar projects in application development, compliance, infrastructure & security. She is a results-driven leader who specializes in mobilizing cross-functional and global teams in accomplishing both tactical and strategic corporate goals. As an LGBC and CMS professional, her effectiveness is enabled by her skill in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems using a hands-on, yet team-focused style.
In Tina’s current role at ADT, she manages the delivery of the Core Infrastructure/Collaboration Services portfolio of projects while establishing and refining the group’s Project Management Organization (PMO) governance and standards. Further, she serves as the departmental communication lead with regard to status and future-state plans within her portfolio.
In addition to her daily responsibilities at ADT, Tina is enrolled in the Executive Doctorate of Business Administration in Information Security (EDBA-IS) at St. Thomas University. As part of the program, she studied abroad for a week in Brussels, Belgium to learn about the Cyber Security and Privacy initiatives along with the changes in global political, economic, and technological developments in Europe.
Tina also serves as VP of the South Florida chapter of the Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA) as well as an active member of the following organizations: Women in Technology International (WITI), Take Stock in Children (as a mentor), Palm Beach Tech - Women’s Council, and South Florida Technology Alliance (SFTA).
Despite Tina’s deep involvement in the IT community, she also finds time to pursue her passion as an author and motivational speaker. Tina has gone through several challenges that allow her to relate to the struggles and adversities people may face directly. She wrote a book to share her story and is committed to motivating and helping others through their trouble. She founded her organization, the Phoenix Experience, due to her desire to help others succeed despite the obstacles life presents.
